Prices and renders on this site are a guide. Your final price and specification are confirmed in writing before anything is made. Our designs and the Dorata name are ours, and the services that carry your messages have their own terms.

Using this site#

By using this site you agree to these terms. The site is offered to visitors in the United States by To confirm: legal entity name. You may browse it, turn the pieces in 3D and contact us. Please do not copy, scrape or misuse it, or try to interfere with how it works.

Product information and prices#

Every piece is modelled in 3D in your browser. The renders, colours, dimensions and weights are a close guide to the finished piece, but gold, light and screens vary, and pieces finished by hand vary slightly from one another.

Prices shown are starting prices in US dollars and are for guidance. To confirm: real prices The final price and specification (size, gold, karat, stone and any changes) are confirmed to you in writing before anything is made. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and no contract exists until we both confirm an order in writing.

Made to order and bespoke work#

Every piece is made for you after you confirm your order. For bespoke work, the steps are:

  1. You share your idea: references, the occasion, who will wear it and a budget range.
  2. We send 3D renders to review, and adjust them until you approve the design in writing.
  3. We make the piece to your size and ship it insured to your door.

Our designs and the Dorata name#

The designs of every piece, the 3D models and renders, the images, the text, and the Dorata name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to this site and screenshots for personal use. You may not reproduce our designs, models or logo, or use the Dorata name to suggest a connection with us, without our written permission. Ideas and references you send for bespoke work remain yours; the finished design we create for you is made for you alone.

WhatsApp and other services#

The Enquire buttons open WhatsApp, your email app or your phone. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers#

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove content at any time. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Limitation of liability#

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the price you paid for that piece. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law#

Changes to these terms#

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in place when you confirmed it.
