Delivery & Returns

Every piece is made for you once your size, gold and price are confirmed in writing, then shipped insured across the United States with a signature on delivery.

From enquiry to order#

  1. You enquire by WhatsApp, email or phone about a piece, or about a bespoke idea.
  2. A specialist confirms your size, gold, karat and final price with you, in writing.
  3. Once you confirm, we make your piece. Nothing is made before that.
  4. We ship it insured to your address in the United States.

Lead time#

Every piece is made to order in 4 to 6 weeks from your confirmed order. To confirm: lead time Bespoke designs take longer, because the design is reviewed in 3D first. We tell you the date before you confirm.

Delivery#

We ship insured across the United States, with a signature required on delivery. To confirm: shipping We send tracking details when your piece leaves us. We do not ship outside the United States at the moment.

Resizing and returns#

Because each piece is made to your size and choice of gold, made-to-order pieces are treated differently from ready-made stock. Our policy: To confirm: returns and resizing policy

If something is wrong when your piece arrives, contact us within a few days of delivery and we will put it right. To confirm: timeframe and remedy

Caring for your piece#

  • Remove it before swimming or the gym.
  • Polish with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Store each piece in its own pouch, so pieces do not scratch one another.
